Christopher commissioned research into the needs and challenges faced by BT Wholesale partners. This was the first time that BT Wholesale had directly talked to their partners customers and provided unique insight into their needs.

Christopher delivered presentations to sales, marketing and business development teams across the UK, to share first hand this valuable insight. This formed the basis for discussion to look at how BT Wholesale could support partners with their marketing activities.

The research received extensive coverage in the channel press which picked up on various aspects of the research from the appetite for tech spending to the finding that a third of businesses not understanding all-IP.
