Christopher Wellbelove DL

Christopher created Partner Plus Live as a cornerstone of the BT Wholesale Partner programme. Originally conceived as a way to bring partners from across the country in a single big event – providing them with insight into BT Wholesale’s strategy and giving their account managers an opportunity to have some face to face time with their key contacts.

The first events were online due to Covid, migrating to hybrid events and rules were relaxed. Responding to customer feedback overtime the event has evolved to include breakout sessions and upskilling elements to help support our partners develop their people.

Along with organising and producing the early events, Christopher has been front and centre of Partner Plus Live as it’s host. Introducing and interviewing guests along with presenting the marketing aspects of the show.

Christopher handed over the reigns for organising the event to focus more on partner engagement – but its still there as the Partner Plus host and presenter, sharing with partners customer insight aimed at helping them focus their marketing efforts.

On all key measurements Partner Plus Live has consistently scored high, helping improve attendees perception of BT Wholesale and fantastic levels of satisfaction by attendees in the partner programme.
