HRH Princess Royal joined sea cadets for the official opening of the MSSC National support centre in Lambeth.

The Marine Society & Sea Cadets is the seafarers’ charity in the United Kingdom and the national organisation for sea cadets. It was formed in 2004 when the Sea Cadets and The Marine Society merged.

Her Royal Highness toured the new centre and took part in a meeting with the cadets. Prior to leaving she congratulated Lambeth’s new Mayor, Councillor Sarbaz Barznji on his appointment.
