Doctor Who is not just about the Doctor. The Doctor’s companions have been massively important in the history of Doctor Who.
Sarah Jane Smith is among the most amazing companions, going on to her own series. Sadly she is no longer with us but so glad she went on to so much more with the character.
And in recent series there have been some amazing companions, often challenging the Doctor to being the star of the show. And who know’s – maybe future companions will be responsible for running the Doctors social media activity in the past, present and the future. Especially once the Daleks officially get on Twitter.
